Les études de Master en enseignement section 3 Mathématiques et Formation numérique
Le Master en enseignement section 3 en Mathématiques et Formation numérique vise à développer les compétences disciplinaires au travers de différentes branches mathématiques tels que l’algèbre, l’analyse, la géométrie, les probabilités et les statistiques. La réflexion est également alimentée par les notions de physique, de programmation et d’algorithmique.
De plus, l’appariement au numérique tend à répondre à l’évolution de notre société et à ses enjeux. Il devient donc essentiel de former à la sécurité numérique, à la communication et collaboration, à la création de contenus et au traitement des informations et des données.

Le Master en enseignement section 3 s’adresse à un public d’apprenants de la 5ème primaire à la 3ème secondaire. Cet élargissement du public auquel le futur enseignant sera formé le conscientise aux difficultés de la transition primaire-secondaire. Il lui permet d’accompagner, avec rigueur et bienveillance, les élèves dans leur développement psycho-affectif en respectant les rythmes de chacun.
En lien avec le Pacte pour un Enseignement d’Excellence, il amène tous les élèves à maitriser des compétences tant disciplinaires que transversales. Ainsi, il développe la créativité, l’engagement, l’esprit d’entreprendre, la métacognition et l’orientation auprès de chacun des élèves qui lui est confié.
Il acquiert une expertise dans les contenus disciplinaires tant sur les plans didactiques, méthodologiques que scientifiques afin de proposer des activités d’apprentissage réfléchies et ancrées dans des préoccupations sociétales contemporaines. Il rend apte les élèves à apprendre toute leur vie et à prendre une place active dans la vie économique, sociale et culturelle.
