For your information, every staff member wishing to contact a social representative can do so in any department. Staff members are therefore not linked to the social representative of the departement in which they work.
As part of the staff mobilities organised with the Erasmus+ fund programme, participants with fewer opportunities can benefit from specific mobility formats and financial supports.
Anyone having specific needs is a potential participant (in this case, for staff members) whose personal conditions at physical, mental or medical level(s) are such that their participation to the project or the mobility action would not be possible without an additional financial support.
If an additional support is considered as necessary, the institution introduces (via the International Relations Commission of the Central Administration, at institutional level) a request to the AEF-Europe National Agency for an additional inclusion support when submitting the application for a mobility at the earliest, so that the National Agency can decide on the eligibility of the request and grant the additional funding in due time.
