Organisation of work The Decree of 5 August 1995 setting out the general organisation of higher education in university colleges specifies in Article 65 that university colleges of the French Community are managed by an Administration Board and have a Board of Directors, an Education Council as well as a Social Council. The Decree of the French Community Government dated 27 August 1996 sets out in Section 4 (Articles 15 to 21) the composition and organisation of work of Education Councils in university colleges of the French Community. These are described here. The Education Council is asked for advice by the Administration Board and the Board of Directors for any question about the use of educational methods.
