Organisation of work
The Decree of 21 February 2019 setting out the general organisation of higher education in university colleges specifies in Article 29 that university colleges of the French Community are managed by an Administration Board and have a Board of Directors, an Education Council, one or or departmental Councils as well as a Social Council.
The Board of Directors ensures the enforcement of the Administration Board's decisions, makes the decisions for which it has received delegations and exercises the power given to directors and deputy directors of higher education institutions.

Composition
The composition of the Board of Directors of HEH is defined in Article 10 of the Decree of 21 February 2019 setting out the general organisation of higher education in university colleges.
