Basic functions

Principle

When the proper conditions are established, one can assign them to the various basic functions such as :

• functions of assignment

• memory functions ‘Set – Reset’

• counters

• timers

• et grafcet (SFC)

Note : the modification of a condition will affect all functions using this condition.

This behaviour differs from that of an automaton, but for the elementary study of the basic functions, it is perfectly appropriate.
